Our Waterjet Cutting machines give us the ability to cut almost any material. We use multi head machines to increase process speed and currently possess one of the largest waterjet cutting machines in the UK, a 9m x 4m machine with 4 waterjet cutting heads. The process itself is quite amazing, water is pressurised at 200 times that of a jet wash and is then forced through a hole the size of a pin head. The water jet produced can cut steel upto 150mm thick!
